LIFEGroups //

Helping people connect, grow, and make a difference.

WHat Does LIFEGROUP LOOK LIKE?

A LifeGroup usually consists of 8 to 15 people who meet on a weekly basis in various locations to connect, encourage, and do ministry together. LifeGroups run 3 seasons throughout the year.  Each season goes for for 8 to 10 weeks.  If you’re interested in getting plugged in to a LifeGroup, simply find a group and register.  Someone from the leadership team will be in touch soon to help you get connected.

NEW GROUPS START: SEPTEMBER 6, 2017

ADULTING

After strenuous studies, you walk across the stage, gripping your diploma—you’ve arrived. Adult at last. But all of a sudden, instead of a diploma you hold a paycheck in one hand and a stack of bills in the other. You find yourself swimming in the treacherous seas of adulthood. How can you begin to navigate your 20s and 30s, and still honor God in the process?

This LifeGroup will speaks to young adults on the art of “adulting” for Christ. We'll walk through how to discern God’s will for your life right now and specify how you can best glorify Him through your career, relationships, and commitments.

galatians

If someone asked you to explain the gospel, what would you say? What is the good news of the Christian faith? Writing to the Galatians, Paul made it clear how easily we can be tempted to turn toward fraudulent gospels, especially those that teach we can earn God’s love through our works. Though they may have the appearance of truth, they are lifeless and leave us empty in the end.

The Book of Galatians contains some of the clearest explanations of the gospel in the New Testament. Through this verse-by-verse study you will learn that true freedom is found in surrender, not self-dependence. Because our gospel is not one based on our works, but faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Real marriage

While a wonderful wedding day is important, it’s the last day of marriage that really counts. Will the last day of your marriage come prematurely through divorce? Will it be filled with regrets as you sit at the funeral of your spouse? Or, by God’s grace, will the last day be a day to rejoice in the life you lived together?

We want you to finish well on the last day. Through this LifeGroup we'll share practical help and hope for couples, and those who are considering marriage. Together you, your spouse, and your small group will tackle the tough issues such as friendship with your spouse, pornography and sexual assault, submission and respect, and sexual intimacy in marriage.

God desires for your marriage to be full of joy and happiness as it glorifies His Son. Jesus makes such marriage possible through His death and resurrection.
