ERic Darst

Lead Pastor // Eric and his wife Stephanie currently live in O’Fallon, Missouri. God has blessed them with two wonderful children, Dominic (12), and Elle (10). Eric has a great passion for people, and a deep desired to see God transform lives through the gospel of Jesus Christ. After much prayer, he followed the call of God into Church Planting. With the help of partnering churches, and local church planting networks, Lifepoint Church has begun to reach out to the City of O’Fallon, Missouri with the overwhelming good news of Jesus Christ. Eric also serves as the Church Planting field assistant for the MBC St. Louis region.

Connections Pastor // Everyday I wake up it is a new day to make a difference. I only have one life and I want to make the biggest impact possible. I'm thankful that I get to do this right here in O'Fallon at Lifepoint. With the dual role of Connections Pastor and Promotions Director I get to engage people on multiple levels with the Gospel. It is through the Gospel that we find our strength, hope, and purpose and it is my mission to equip others to demonstrate tangibly and creatively the Gospel of Jesus Christ to one another.

Elder // LifePoint is where I connect with people who are passionate about Jesus!  I have been more than blessed to watch LifePoint grow from a brand new church plant into what it is today. Hearing the Gospel of Jesus go out every week - playing a small part in someone's life story and seeing them baptized - there is no greater privilege in the world than to see God at work like this!  Using my pastoral gifts, I love to engage people and hear their stories; I want to encourage them in their walk of faith, and to impart some of the wisdom that I have been given to equip them as they take their own journey to the heart of God.   No one is ever beyond the reach of His overwhelming grace!

Kaleb Sheat

LifeGroup Director // I'm so grateful that God led my wife and I to Lifepoint. I'm passionate about the Word of God and seeing people grow in true gospel community. I love that Lifepoint not only engages one another this way, but that we are constantly encouraged to love each other and the world around us from the pulpit. I have the great joy of serving and equipping the Lifepoint community through LifeGroups. At Lifepoint, we know and embrace our purpose of making much of Jesus and we take strength in the eternal hope He has given us through His death and resurrection. God is moving in big ways at Lifepoint and I'm very excited that He has invited me to be a part of it!

Dustin DIEBOLD

Worship Director // Lifepoint is more than a church, it's greater than the building. It's a Jesus centered spirit filled community who's heart beat is to equip and empower ordinary people with the eternal power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to reach both our neighbors and our nations for his glory and name sake. It's all about Jesus in my place and Jesus in your place. I've been blessed to be serving on staff as the Worship Leader and Church Plant Intern since January of 2015. The things that make Lifepoint stand out though, is that I'm engaged, encouraged, and equipped  by not just the staff and pastors, but by the body who are radically passionate for the Church of Jesus Christ to be one body as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one. We are fully known and fully loved by our God. So, if you're looking for a Church to get plugged in at, know that at Lifepoint you can be fully known and fully loved.

Youth Director // LifePoint Church has been the place where my wife and I really became connected with others who are passionate about Jesus. From the first day, the people greeted us and truly wanted to know who we were. We found community, leadership, and a vision here that we were starving for, and that we wanted to get on board with.  We have been encouraged by the church body, and equipped by the staff to grow in our God given gifts and passions. Now, I get to serve by pouring into the Youth, and providing the community my wife and I discovered when we visited for the first time.

Chrissy Pagnotti

Nursery Director // Lifepoint is family.  Everyone was so welcoming to me and my son when we started attending more than three years ago.  My husband followed a week later, and as a family we haven't looked back.  The Lifepoint family has become a second family to us.  The growth that we have witnessed in the church body, and in our own lives has been phenomenal.

On a personal level, Lifepoint has taught me that God loves us.  Plain and simple.  His love is so great; no matter what ‘baggage’ we think we might have, He still loves and encourages us.  Learning this, and that emphasis on His love that we learn weekly gives me hope.  This hope encourages and equips me with the strength that I need to serve my purpose in sharing the gospel.  Not having attended a church until I was adult has not held me back, the Lifepoint family has been so encouraging in helping me, and my family, learn and grow. In heading up Lifepoint Kids Connection, I am able to equip others help some of our youngest members with fun, engaging, inspiring lessons each week.  These lessons also focus on the love God has for us.  We learn about how we can share the word of His love and the Gospel on an everyday basis.  We teach the children in a comfortable, encouraging, nurturing, and most importantly, FUN environment.  Seeing God working in our youngest members gives me great hope.

LPFit Coach // My family has been part of Lifepoint since its infancy. Being part of this community that constantly points my family to Christ has been a source of great encouragement to me as a wife, a mom, and a friend. As one of the coaches for Lifepoint Fitness, I desire to equip others to live healthy and whole lives for Christ, realizing that Jesus wants to be Lord of every area of our lives - body and spirit.

Janny Castellanos

LPFit Director // Four years ago my husband Ken and I walked into Lifepoint Church for the first time.  In those Four years, we both gave our lives to Jesus and we were both baptized. Because of the leadership at LPC, who encourages and equips the church to live out our purpose, my faith and my relationship with Jesus keeps growing. Lifepoint Fitness is His idea and  I am on mission to love, equip, and encourage others to love God and live healthy and whole lives.

Kristen Gartland

LPFit Coach // I love using fitness as a tool to share the hope of Jesus. It is a gift to be able to encourage others by engaging in exercise as a way of worship. I am on a mission encouraging others to love God and live healthy and whole lives, so that when He says, "Go" we can go. Glory be to God.

19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, 20 for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.

- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

JON & ALICIA LOONEY

Lifepoint Missionaries / Honduras //

We started attending Lifepoint 4 years ago. Since our first Sunday we felt instantly included and a part of the Lifepoint family. In the last 4 years we have learned and grown in our relationship with Jesus through the encouragement and love we have received at Lifepoint. We got to participate in several short term mission trips and God use those trips to spark the flame in hearts for missions. My wife and I along with many others from Lifepoint prayed about where God was calling us and God gave us a clear calling to Honduras. We are now serving in Yamaranguila, Honduras as teachers and have started developing a special needs program in the school where we serve. Currently there are no programs for students with special needs in Honduras. We also are leading a Lifegroup that meets at our house on Wednesday nights where we are pointing people to Christ and making disciples. We appreciate the support that we have received from Lifepoint as we are able to share the love of Christ with the people here in Honduras.

Daniel Hoenes

Financial Director // I am at LifePoint to participate in a community of people genuinely seeking God. I have been so encouraged by the people I’ve met over the past few years and by what God is doing through each of us. From the first time I visited, I was excited to join the family and serve however God called.
